This is a really charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.83 x 100 foot lot in Leslieville with 1 parking spot.  It is apparently owned by a designer but I am not sure who.

I really like how the art was done in the living room.  And the way those stairs turn makes so much sense!!  It leaves room for the much needed IKEA wardrobe.  The kitchen was redone in 2011 and seems to be IKEA as well.  It looks good!  I like the open walls and the use of the LACK shelves.  It's interesting that the fridge and stove are only a week old!  If this kitchen was only done last year, what were the appliances?

The bedrooms are an okay size except for the one that has been turned into an office making this a 2 bedroom house.  And I think that is only a queen bed in the main bedroom.

The basement isn't huge but works well as a family room and gym in this case.  I have no idea what that wood thing is at the bottom of the stairs though.  

This is a really great house that has nice yard.  It was last listed in 2009 for $469,000.  I am not sure what it sold for but since then, the floors have been redone, the kitchen is new with brand new appliances, the deck is new and though you can't see it, I am guessing the bathroom floor is new.

It is now listed for $769,900.  

Considering that the house at 131 Morse Street sold for $871,150, I think this place could sell for $789,000 regardless of what it sold for 3 years ago.  

Maybe even $810,000.
