This 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in Swansea has an amazing view overlooking the Humber river.
I prefer the street view photo to the listing photo.
For one, it is less grainy but it also gives you a better idea of the 120 x 185 foot property.
It is impressive.
It's hard to get a good idea of what is going on in here but one room has pink walls, a pink ceiling and a massive golden horse statue in the corner!
The property is amazing but this house is still only 3 bedrooms. And it is listed at $3,198,000.
In 2008, it was listed for $2,998,000. I have no idea what it sold for then but I don't think it is selling for the current asking price even if it sold for $3M 4 years ago.
That view really is terrific though.
