This 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 32 x 100 foot lot is clearly a flip but a good flip.

Below are the CURRENT pictures. I think they did a good job though I would have liked it better if they kept the window in kitchen. I makes me crazy when you can't see into the backyard from the kitchen.
But all the finishings are nice. There might be a little too much marble in the bathroom but it is subtle so it isn't so bad.
This house was listed in September 2011 for $899,000.
It is currently listed at $1,175,000. It is really close to Eglinton for that price but for some, that location might be a plus. Some trees or something blocking the view of the apartment building would be good too.
This house has been listed for a few weeks now. I don't think it will sell for asking but probably not for much less. Maybe $1,135,000. It isn't the deepest lot out there...
