This house kind of scares me.  There is something very Omen-esque about it.

Perhaps that is why it has been on the market for 4 years.

This house is over 5,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.  It sits on a 100 x 354.87 foot ravine lot.

The kitchen needs to be redone.  It reminds me of the kitchen of the Richmond Hill house with the mannequin sitting at the kitchen counter but this one is a lot older.

But this house is really beautiful with a beautiful peace of property. It is very Secret Garden...

Except for the creep sitting on the bench!

If I didn't get a haunted feeling from this house I would think people were crazy for not buying this.  It should probably be listed at $3,685,000 though in lieu of the creep factor.

Maybe it doesn't feel like that in person...
