Another house For House for lease.

First there was 405 Brunswick that didn't sell, then 204 Balmoral that also didn't sell.....

 But this house actually sold in February for asking at $4,995,000.

It was also in Toronto Life as a House of the Week.

It is 6+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and is currently for lease for $20,000.

Again, I think I would rather lived at the house in South Hill that is for lease for $12,500.  It is one less bedroom and bathroom and doesn't have a movie theatre but that is a BIG price difference.

 Wonder what the lease term is for this place?  And why did someone buy it only to turn around and lease it!?!  Loaded foreign investor or loaded local investor?

I have included the pictures from the currently listing.  Even though the quality isn't great, all the furniture and valances are gone and you can see how great the place could look!  Maybe a little less yellow paint though.
