mishMASH Monday - PRICE DROP

This Eastern Ontario post and beam house that I posted in April is still on the market.

It was listed at $799,000 when I posted it.  It seemed a bit steep since this house is only 2 bedrooms and isn't actually on the water but has water views (from the top of the window in the second floor bathroom...).  But it is really cute if this is your style.

Guess it has been a hard sell.

The price is now $585,000.  That is a big drop!
