PRICE DROP - 135 Chaplin Crescent West - CHAPLIN ESTATES

This house was initially listed at $979,000.  It was then raised to $1,099,000.  That didn't work so they dropped it to $1,049,000.  Again that didn't work so they dropped it to $1,029,000. 

At one point it was listed for $1.

It is now listed for $997,000.

Like the agent, I really don't know about this place.  The reno isn't the best and it is right beside a gas station.

Tough sell.  

I'm thinking $850,000.
