PRICE DROP - 81 Howland Avenue - ANNEX
This ridiculously priced house with the weird fish tank terrarium has had a price drop.
It was initially listed at the end of May for $1,450,000 and for some reason they decided to raise the price in mid-June to $1,800,000.
Clearly that is ridiculous.
Well, the price has been dropped.
To $1,600,000.
That's not going to happen.
They do have nice garden statues though...
