This is what the townhouse at 237 Lytton that is listed at $1,699,000 should be!

This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 25 x 65 foot lot located just south of the big bend on Avenue Road at UCC.  There can't be much of a backyard but there is a garage. 

Like Lytton, the kitchen of this house is designed by Brian Gluckstein.  I am starting to think that he is the only designer in Toronto!  

I feel like this living room has been in Canadian House and Home recently or maybe it is just that it is similar to the cover of the current issue...

I really love the blue in the living room, especially with the orange.

Actually, I really like everything about this house.  If you aren't concerned about a backyard, and aren't super picky about location, this house is the perfect alternative to the house at 150 Bedford in my last post.

Plus it is cheaper.  

This house is listed at $1,629,000.

Compared to Bedford and Lytton, this house is definitely the winner.

But what is the story with the 2011 listing at$1,595,000 that was then dropped to $1,549,000?  Did that ever sell or is it the same owners?
