This 5,500 square foot, 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom home near the waterfront in Oakville is located steps to the Fast Times house at 2374 Bennington Gate that I posted in June.  I am not sure if that place sold but it was 3 bedrooms and was listed at $1,379,000.

This house is listed at $1,788,000.

It is bigger and offers more but it needs a lot of work.  

Not to be morbid but there is a bit of a Sixth Sense feel to it...

But this house has been and can be beautiful!  

I really hope that who ever buys this doesn't tear it down.  It has history and could be amazing.

And that kitchen island offers a LOT of cooking options...
