This is a house I am sure the neighbour's won't be sad to see go.
Considering that it is on a 37.5 x 150 foot lot in a good neighbourhood and priced at $1,095,000, I am sure it will go fast to a builder even though it is on a busy street.
Maybe the people who built the house at 163 Heath would be interested in this lot. That house was 4 bedrooms and ultimately sold for $2,366,000.
