They did a good job on the flip. A lot of it is just paint but they have done the floors, the kitchen is new, the bathrooms are nice and that basement! It saves the whole place because otherwise this place is SMALL. The bedrooms are tiny. The only tub is in the basement which might be a problem if you have kids. And the backyard is small but a good entertaining space.
The house is now listed at $599,000.
Considering that the house at 14 Berkshire just south of Queen sold for $570,000 recently, I don't see why this place couldn't go for asking. Except that house had a better kitchen and 2 parking spots. This place seems to have none!
Maybe it should be $569,000 instead.
Note: thank you to the readers below for pointing out the Pellegrino bottles which I failed to mention! Which reminds me, I also forgot to mention the EMPTY wine bottles in the wine cellar (why is there a wine cellar in this house?)!
