Hmm.  What happened here!?!

This semi is actually a duplex with 2 apartments each equaling approximately 2,000 square feet.  And it looks like that conversion to a duplex was done in the 80s or maybe it is just the furniture that is making it feel that way because I think this reno was done recently.  It is wired with DSL cables and has an infa-red security system and radiant heat in the hard wood, tile and concrete floors.

I suppose if you had different furniture in here, it wouldn't feel dated.  It could actually look great but I am not a fan of the kitchens.  I don't like the backsplash or the cabinet colour but those could easily be painted.

This house sits on a 25 x 127 lot.  

It is listed at $2,895,000.

It will be a tough sell.
