4860 Water Lane - WEST VANCOUVER

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,316 square foot house in West Vancouver.

It is bright and a good size with a great yard.

Although the listing says it is totally renovated, I think it could use some work in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen could be great if it was a little more modern.  Something more like this...

The appliances are all new and I love that faucet!  The floating Wolf range is a bit odd and I don't love the terracota tile especially in the dining room.   It would be too echo-ey.  The cabinet's and the island look a little dated.  

I am a little confused about the heating situation.  The listing says it is in-floor heating but there is a baseboard in the bedroom...

Whether this has been completely renovated or not, it is still a bright house with 4 bedrooms and lots of yard.  And it costs $1,589,000.  For Vancouver, that seeems like a deal!

 I am really starting to like orange doors....
