PRICE DROP - 1 Glen Edyth Place - SOUTH HILL

The 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a cul-de-sac in South Hill has had a price drop.

Though the house is impressive, I didn't think it was $5,280,000 impressive!

Looks like, after a month, everyone agrees because the house has been dropped to $4,880,000.

I still think it is a little high though...
