This 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house has been listed since March when the price was $1,898,000.

I posted it in May after that price was dropped to $1,789,990.

Based on the 2 bedroom house at 56B Clarendon in South Hill that sold for $1,415,000, I thought this would sell for $1,699,000.

The new price is $1,695,000.
