PRICE DROP - 442 Glengrove Avenue - CARIBOU PARK

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow sits on a 50 x 134 square foot lot.

When I posted it back in March, when it was listed for $1,250,000, I was convinced a builder was going to buy it an put up a house like what has been put up nearby.  But the house never sold and the price has now been dropped.

The new price is $1,175,000.

When you consider that a place a few blocks away at 206 Hillhurst Road was listed at $1,849,000 (not sure if it sold), this place is a STEAL!

It is also getting to be the right price to actually save this place and just renovate.  But they will need to go down a little more for that to make sense.
