I would be good with all this staging furniture of this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom flip in High Park if it wasn't for that Karlstad chair on the back deck.  Who has chairs like that on their deck?

This house sits on a 25 x 100.25 foot lot and has 2 parking spots.

I like the flip but wish they had done something to those windows.  Those windows don't look new.

I like the kitchen but wonder if the fridge placement would become annoying after a while.

This house was last listed in a year ago in September 2011 for $649,000.

It is now listed at $829,900.

So, either not much was spent on the flip, they got it for under asking a year ago, or they are hoping for a bidding war.

I don't think they are going to get a bidding war.  That backyard is still in rough shape, a new fence needs to be built, the toilet is in front of the window, the cable wire on the third floor runs from one room to the other and it looks like a tripping hazard, the windows....

This might go for asking.
