The house at 115 Summerhill just on the other side of Yonge sold for $1,327,000!!
This house is MUCH bigger than both, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sits on a 16 x 78.9 foot lot. It is completely done. I am not sure if it has a parking spot, the yard isn't huge and the wardrobe in the master is going, but still....
There is no way this house isn't selling for $1,325,000....at LEAST!!
