Last week, I was going to post this house because it seems like a LOT for the money but there were a couple of things that held me back...  

That location is not the best and I have no idea what the owners were thinking with that kitchen!!!

The price for this 5+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was $1,298,000.

Yesterday, the price was dropped to $1,235,000.

Even though a little paint could make a huge difference to this house, the kitchen has to go and the location can't be changed.  

The price is still a little high but not by much.  If the location doesn't bother you, this could be a great house!
