I don't think so but it is 5+2 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms on a 38 x 213 foot lot with a 2 car garage in South Rosedale. It is literally at the top of Sherbrooke and it was built in 1991 and shows like it was built 20 years ago.
The orange marble is similar to the house at 65 Binscarth. It looks dated and that isn't a cheap or simple change.
That blue bathroom is VERY dated and needs to go for this price.
The kitchen has recently been renovated and you can tell. It doesn't scream 1991 like a lot of the house does.
This is a good house. It is 'new' but was built 20 years ago and it shows. The price is high and I think that something closer to $3,350,000 would be a better price. But then again, I thought the house at 175 Crescent around the corner should have been priced at $2.6 million and it sold for $3.075 million....
