This house at 98 Givins that I posted at the end of August is currently a duplex and needs a LOT of work.  A LOT.  Like $200,00 of work. But when I posted it, I thought it was definitely a better buy than the 'Architectural Digest' gem at 42 Argyle.

This house was listed at $849,000 and it sold for $849,000.  

This is good news for the done house at 20 Mackenzie Crescent in 'Bacons'field Village that is listed at $779,000!  It has a similar feel but without a parking spot and not as big a lot but it is move right in.  And you can sit on the toilet!
