Either way, I am posting this not so much for the price but for the fact that this is an amazing lot and that house is definitely not staying.
The listing suggests that you pay $16MM and 'restore this quaint residence' but who is kidding who.
This is turning into this place at 3287 Point Grey....
That place was listed for less than this place though.
It was listed at $14,200,000.
