The ridiculously priced house in Leaside that I posted in July has had a price drop.

It was listed at $3,495,000 and I thought that was crazy.

On August 1, it was the Toronto Life House of the Week and on August 2 it was the Globe and Mail Home of the Week! 

 Turns out it is the home of Nick Kypreos, a former NHL player who played for the Toronto Maple Leafs and New York Rangers.

It as been dropped to $3,295,000.

Still too high!
