SOLD - 27 Glenview Avenue - LYTTON PARK
This is house that is in need of a serious renovation and the front does not look as impressive on the google streetview as it does in the picture above.
But that didn't stop someone from paying $2,075,000 for this house on a 50 x 170 foot lot. It was listed at $1,849,000.
Do you think this is going to be renovated or do you think someone is going to tear this down and build a large house like the one across the street at 24 Glenview...
Either way, it makes the price of the 221 Cortleigh house that I just posted seem even more reasonable even if it is a little smaller!
