This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house on a 24 x 120 foot lot.

It is just up the street from the cottage like house at 30 Scarorough that sold in June for $944,000.

This house is listed at $1,249,000.

Because of the closet at the front door, the living room is quite small but the whole open concept first floor is actually large.  I am not sure how that back family room area could be set up with more thatn2 chairs though. They really should bring that massage chair up from the basement and put it there by the fireplace.  Or move the dining room table beside the fireplace and create a bigger living room area.

The house looks recently renovated and the roof is new this year.  

All in all, this is a great family house.  The only problem is parking.  There is no parking.  It doesn't look like that is a huge problem on this street but for a house this size, it's not great.

But other than that it's done, it's move in ready and is a great family home.

I think this house will sell for asking if not a little more.
