This semi is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tiny kitchen. It has parking if you are willing to take down the back fence and only have the deck, but it doesn't seem like parking is a big issue here.
The basement is finished which gives extra space but it looks like it has a ceiling height of about 5 feet. That could just be the pictures.
This isn't the best location but it isn't bad. There is a community centre around the corner, transit within easy walking distance, many stores....
This house is listed at $449,900. If it weren't only a 2 bedroom, I would say this would go fast but I think that might limit the buyers.
But considering that a detached bungalow with a similar feel on the inside further east on Gerrard at 97 Gainsborough Road just sold for $491,000, I say this is probably a good price. Maybe a little high.
