And it went for....

It didn't go as high as $759,000 but this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi at 32 Lindsey Avenue in Dufferin Grove definitely sold over asking.

It was listed at $689,000.  I didn't think there was any way it wouldn't sell way over, even up to $759,000.

It didn't sell that high but it did sell for $731,000.

Still...not bad!!!
