This duplex semi at 659 Dovercourt in Dufferin Grove was listed at the end of September for $1,589,000. 

Considering that Suzanne Dimma's duplex didn't sell at $1,650,000 in June, I didn't think it was likely that this would sell for that either.

I though it would sell for $1,450,000 TOPS.

After a price drop last week to $1,499,000, it sold.

For $1,489,000!!!  

Only $100,000 less than first listing.

Cedarvale and Dufferin Grove...they are really picking up.
