DELISTED - 140 Fulton Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATES

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi in Playter Estates was listed a few weeks ago for $979,000.

Even though it doesn't have parking, I thought it would sell fast and maybe even up to $1,100,000 considering that 184 Fulton sold for $1,050,000 just two weeks earlier.

Well, guess I was the only one who liked it because it has been taken off the market (or maybe the attached house that I didn't notice before was a bit of a turn off).

Not sure if they are lowering the price but if they do, they shouldn't go much lower than $939,000.

Maybe before they relist, they should switch up that blue couch and chair though.  It's a lot of a statement when you first walk in the door.
