PRICE DROP #2 - 39 Daneswood Road - LAWRENCE PARK
The blue house at 39 Daneswood in Lawrence Park that has been listed since June has had a second price drop.
It was originally listed at $2,199,000.
It was probably a little high, even for Lawrence Park, as there is a condo project basically going up in the backyard.
The priced was dropped in July to $2,050,000.
It still didn't sell and it was dropped again in September.
It is now listed at $1,998,880.
That price tells me they are willing to negotiate.
