PRICE DROP #2 - 89 Brucewood Crescent - LAWRENCE MANOR

This 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 40 x 135 pie shaped lot that widens to 80 feet was initially listed in April for $1,195,000.

I am not very familiar with the neighbourhood but thought it was strange that it wasn't selling.  It is only 3 bedrooms but it has an eat-in kitchen, a large family room with a drop down projector, a huge deck...the price seemed right!  Or maybe it would have been better at $1,095,000.

Three days after I posted it in May, they dropped the price to $1,135,000.

Looks like it still hasn't sold and they REALLY want to sell it because the price has gone down significantly.

It is now listed at $995,000!!!

Considering that a similar house at 223 Coldstream a few blocks away in the south east section of Lawrence and Bathurst was listed at $2,179,000, this seems like a steal!!!
