Sure this duplex semi is bright and large with a private drive but the flip isn't AMAZING.  It's really good, just not outstanding.

So when it was listed at $1,589,000, I thought it was too high.  

I thought it would sell closer to $1,399,000....$1,450,000 tops.

Last week, they dropped the price to $1,499,000.
