This duplex semi on a 25 x 127 foot lot in the Annex was listed in August for $2,895,000.

I am pretty sure it is a new reno but it feels dated so I thought it would be a tough sell.

Looks like it hasn't sold and they have dropped the price at the end of August.

It is now listed at $2,749,000.

Guessing they will be dropping the price again soon.
