RELISTED - 60 Woodlawn Avenue West - SUMMERHILL

If this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 25 x 178.58 foot lot looks familiar, it is because I posted it a year ago.

It was initially listed at $2,495,000.  I thought it was more of a $1,999,000 house.

It didn't sell at $2.5 million so they dropped the price to $2,395,000 a month later.

It was still too high and didn't sell even though it was on the market for AGES.

It has just been listed again and for some reason they listed it at.....$2,395,000.

A year ago, it sat at that price for a LOOOONG time.  

It's going to sit again.

At least until the next price drop!

Sidenote:  Now that I look at it again, it reminds me a LOT of the new build at 657 Soudan Avenue in Davisville Village that looked like a Stormtrooper.
