It is one street over from the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi at 285 Brunswick that was listed at $1,150,000 and I think sold just under $1.1 million.
Though that place was great, this place is even better.
This has to be a professor's house! That library on the second floor has professor written all over it.
It is an impressive semi. It is large, the floors are good throughout. Each floor is different which I am not a huge fan of, but each floor has it's own character and each is good.
The kitchen is huge and I love that there is a second set of stairs back there that doesn't squeeze the house and makes sense. The bedrooms are all a good size and the bathrooms are all done.
If you are a fan of this neighbourhood, I would say that even though it went way over asking, this is a good price. It's large....done with a good kitchen...nice yard....and it has garage.
Not sure I would personally like to keep that wallpaper in the library, but I love the rest.
By the way, taxes are $6,545.93.
