It was listed at $2,150,000 and sold for $2,050,000 in just under 2 weeks.
According to the listing, it was once featured in Canadian House and Home but I am thinking that happened a long time ago because of the style and because I can't find any pictures.
The bathrooms also seem like they were done a long time ago. Depending on who bought this house, there is a lot of work to be done. This could be a move in house (though the washrooms could definitely use work) or a full kitchen, paint, bathroom, redo.
And though it is not quite as big and doesn't have that cabana thing in the backyard where you know is just going to see tons of teenager parties and other things....this makes the price of the house at 221 Cortleigh down the street seem like the right price.
I guess it depends on what kitchen you prefer. For me, it's 221!!!
