This is a really charming semi in Seaton Village located just down the street from the house I posted yesterday at 619 Clinton Street.
This house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a 16.5 x 85 foot lot.
It isn't fancy and the paint isn't necessarily for me but it looks really good, especially with that simple furniture.
It was listed at $749,000 and it sold for $740,000.
I am guessing that it didn't go for asking because of the kitchen counter, what looks like an unfinished basement except for a nice bathroom, the old floor, and a lack of parking. Otherwise, this is a great house and it looks well taken care of.
This neighbourhood needs more of these!
