The size and layout reminds me of the house at 51 Frayter in East York but this seems wider. And like a little more money has been spent on it. Or maybe it is just more thought was put into the furniture.
It also reminds me a bit of the house in the same neighbourhood at 361 Rhodes that was listed at $569,900 for 3 months, then $549,800 until it finally sold for $545,000.
I prefer this house even if it is narrower and if the basement isn't fully finished but this house has central vac, a new furnace...
It was listed at $459,500 and sold for $491,000 and 2012 taxes are $2,485.82.
