A reader sent this in (thanks!) and though I don't know much about the neighbourhood, I thought it was an interesting house.
I love the pictures. I love the style of the house, the blue door, the furniture, those geese on the wall, the dream catcher in the master, the pendant light in the last bedroom, the rug hanging in the other bedroom...I would just switch the dining room and living room.
This house was also designed by architect Harry B. Kohl in 1960, the same man that designed the 'T' house at 2000 Strathallen Woods in Barrie that I posted in August 2011.
That place was listed at $2,294,000 until the price was dropped a few times to its current price of $1,795,000.
This house is listed at $469,000.
If this place were in Don Mills like the house at 112 Three Valleys Road, or the house at 87 Berkinshaw Crescent, not to mention the house that needs renos in St. Andrew's at 4 Medalist Road, this house would be listed at 3 times this price!!!!
But if you don't care about the location and its more about the house, this is it.
PS. Why is there a fire bell on the outside of the house?
