I know this house is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and that it is on a street with a large apartment building, but I feel like the asking price is a low.

This house is listed at $795,000.

I think this could easily sell for $860,000.

It is at the north end of Yorkville and steps to Rosedale subway station through Ramsden park and steps to the shops at Summerhill.  There is no parking on the property but there are 2 transferrable parking permits.

This house is done and other than the mirror alone the front hall wall, I like it all.  I don't necessarily love the furniture but nothing needs to change except for a little paint.

And I can't tell if there is a shower in the bathroom or not.  If there isn't, that could be a dealbreaker.

But if there is, this is selling fast and over asking.
