I need a floor plan for this place.  I can't quite figure it out.

The listing says this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.  It also says that there is one bedroom on the first floor, the master and 3rd bedroom on the second as well as 'other'.  So I can't figure out which is the 'other'.

The location of this place isn't the best.  It is right across the street from the train tracks with no house to buffer the sound.  Notice how all the windows at the back are open and there are none open at the front.  There is a reason for that. 

This is a corner lot so the dimensions are only 18 x 123 but there is also a huge 3 car garage on the side.

Inside, this house is not for everyone.  It does tick a lot of the current trend boxes: the bike on the wall, the lights, the industrial chairs, antlers....I bet the guy that lives here parts his hair on the side and has a beard....

He is a photographer by day and works at Parts & Labour at night.

Not sure what she does but she has a lot of coats...

The bedrooms seem like a bit of an afterthought after the first floor.  

If the hard wood floors were white oak or anything different throughout the house, this place could be a Dwell contender...

Especially with that car....

This place is listed at $749,000. 

It isn't the best location but it has had recent waterproofing, the flat roof is new, electrical has been updated.....

But there are no bathroom shots.  That isn't a good sign.

I don't think this house will sell right away.  And I don't think it will sell for listing.

It is unique but it doesn't look large and the location isn't great.  The garage is a plus though.

This is more of a high $6s house.  $715,000 TOPS.
