65 Avonhurst Road - ETOBICOKE
Even though I really like this house (more from the inside than the outside), I think $1,880,000 for a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 3,000-3,500 square foot house on a 158 x 124.58 foot lot in Etobicoke might be too much.
Or is it?
This house was designed by architect Terence van Elslander ofVan Elslander Carter Architects.
I really like how the front door is blocked off from the rest of the house. The first floor washroom seems a little too close to the living room but with that family room, I am guessing that living room doesn't get used very much.
I love the kitchen. The blue light is even growing on me. Too bad it reminds me so much of a sterilizer wand...
Maybe that is the point but it can also be pink!
The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are great. I really wish I could see all of them and the basement.
The yard is a side yard but is a good size. The neighbourhood is good and the house is steps to Islington Village....
This house has been listed for a few weeks. Guess people think the price is too much.
Should this be a $1,650,000 house? I feel like that is too low. Maybe $1,725,000. That still might be a little low.
But it is only 3 bedrooms. That could be a problem for a lot of people especially in this family friendly neighbourhood.
