I wouldn't say the inside of this house is the most exciting but the outside is really cute and the inside could be done to be just as nice.
This looks like it is a flip but I think it was a flip before the current owners based in the last listing.
There are a few things I would change like that fridge, the floor tile and the sink in the kitchen and perhaps the sinks in the bathrooms. Oh! And the paint. Otherwise this house is good all around.
It isn't super big with 3 bedrooms (one is kind of small) and 2 baths on a 15 x 120 foot lot but it does have 2 parking spots in the back.
This house is listed at $750,000.
Considering that the similar sized house but with a bad kitchen layout and no parking at 936 Carlaw sold for $735,000, it is more than possible that this place will go for asking.
I think it might be a little high though but 2 car parking is pretty good!
And with a little imagination and more exciting furniture, this place could be great!
I'm going with $713,000.
UPDATE: this house has apparently sold conditionally. I will update when it is firm (price hint...it's higher than I guessed!)
