Guess Lawrence Manor isn't a hot spot!!!

This 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house at 89 Brucewood Crescent on a 40 x 135 pie shaped lot has been for sale since April.  It was listed at $1,195,000.  

Though I didn't know much about the neighbourhood, I though this was a good price considering a house at 11 Graymar in Bathurst Manor that looks like a tear down from the front sold for $839,000 a few weeks earlier.

Well, guess the apartments and maybe the location were a big deterrent because this house had 3 price drops.  The most recent one happened at the end of September and I posted it last week.  The price was $939,000.

Five days after I posted the last price drop, the house sold......

For $890,000.
