Remember the crazy 4 bedroom, 4 full, 3 half bathroom 6,313 square foot condo on the plateau of Mont-Royal in Montreal?

This might bring it back...

Well, it has had a price reduction.

The condo at  200-265, avenue du Mont-Royal Ouest was listed at $5,900,000 when I posted it in March 2012.

It is now listed at $4,850,000.

Still think it is going to be a tough sell.
