Another Montreal price drop!

I posted this house at 3170, Place de Ramezay in January 2012.

It caught my eye because it looks like the listing photos are from the last time it was probably listed, sometime in 1973.

In January, this house was listed at $2,500,000 which I thought was kind of crazy considering the size of the house and that it still had baseboard heating.

It is now listed at $1,899,000.

These pictures are amazing.  I want more.
