This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi in Playter Estates was initially listed at the beginning of October for $979,000.

Considering that the semi at 184 Fulton sold for $1,050,000, I thought this place would go over and maybe even up to $1,100,000.

Looks like buyers disagreed because this house was delisted last week and the price was dropped.

It is now listed at $897,000.

If they got rid of those blue chairs, they would probably get closer to their initial asking, even without the parking situation.

Or maybe the not exactly brand new kitchen doesn't look as 'new' in real life...or maybe it is that house attached that has a lawn full of weeds and lots of peeling paint.

 Still, I don't think this should go any lower than $939,000.  It might but it shouldn't.
