PRICE DROP #2 - 192 Fulton Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATERS

This house has been listed since October when the asking price was $699,800.

It needs a LOT of work and I thought it would be tough sell.

It didn't sell and they dropped the price in mid-November to $649,000.

Still a tough sell...

And it hasn't sold.  It is now listed at $599,000.

I still think it will be a tough sell but clean the place up a bit....get rid of all the junk....

This could sell for $574,900.
