This 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom flip just south of Dundas and west of Dovercourt was listed in September.

I don't think it is the best flip but it isn't awful.   The faux brick through out the house is pretty awful though but I suppose that it could be painted.

And according to some readers, the neighbours are 'interesting'.  But I think the Christmas lights at the front and the 7..........yes, SEVEN satellites attached to the neighbours house says it all.

The listing price was $1,499,000.  There was no WAY they were going to get that.  

I thought this would sell for closer to $1,250,000 with a chance of it going a little higher.

The new price is $1,399,000. 

I will update again when the price is dropped to $1,299,000.
